📦 Shipping & Delivery

Q1: How soon will my order arrive?
A: Orders are delivered within 3–4 working days (no deliveries on Sundays). During mega-sale events or holidays, delivery may take up to 7 working days.

Q2: Do you deliver on Sundays or holidays?
A: We do not deliver on Sundays or Pakistan's national holidays. Orders placed on those days ship the next working day.

Q3: Can you ship to P.O. Boxes?
A: Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. We deliver only to home or office addresses and attempt delivery at least twice, requiring a signature.

🔄 Exchange & Returns

Q4: What is your exchange policy?
A: You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, with original tags and packaging. We provide free replacement shipping, but return shipping is on you unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Q5: Can I get a refund?
A: Yes! Refunds are available within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in unused condition, or defective/damaged. Refunds are processed in 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

Q6: How do I request an exchange or refund?
A: Email us at jmwatches033@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request. We'll guide you through the return steps.

Q7: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number. Use this to follow your order via the courier’s website.

Q8: What if I need to cancel or change my order?
A: Contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We’ll do our best to accommodate adjustments before processing and shipping.

Q9: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept cash on delivery, & bank transfers.

Q10: Are there hidden fees or customs charges?
A: No! All prices are final and inclusive. No extra charges for shipping or delivery.

Q11: How do I care for my watch?
A: We recommend avoiding prolonged water exposure, storing watches in a dry place, and cleaning with a soft cloth.

Q12: Do your watches have a warranty?
A: Yes—watches come with a 6-month manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects (excluding wear & tear or water damage).
