We want you to be completely satisfied. Here's how exchanges are handled:

  • Eligibility & Timeframe

    • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

    • Items must be in their original, unused condition, including tags and packaging.

  • Exchange Process

    • Contact us via email (see details below) with your order number and reason for exchange.

    • Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

  • Shipping Costs

    • Free exchange shipping: we cover the cost of sending your new item.

    • You may be responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • Replacement Options

    • Choose a replacement of equal or lesser value.

    • If the replacement is more expensive, you only pay the price difference.

  • Exceptions

    • Custom, personalized, or hygiene-sensitive items may not be eligible for exchange.

    • If your item is defective or damaged, report it with photos upon delivery.


💰 Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Refunds are issued for items that are:

    • Returned in original, unused condition, with tags and packaging; or

    • Defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Refunds are issued using the original method of payment.
